Custom systems

Systems built around how your business runs.

When your business outgrows spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools, we plan, design, build and run the system it needs, connected to the tools you use and on your brand.

How we build

Six stages. Nothing skipped.

The same method on every system, from the first plan to the support after launch.

01 / 06Plan
  1. Plan
  2. Design
  3. Develop
  4. Test
  5. Launch
  6. Run and improve
  1. 01

    Plan

We map how your business runs today: the people, the steps, the tools and where work gets stuck. Then we write the requirements and agree the scope.

You getA written system plan, scope and estimate

  2. 02

    Design

User flows and wireframes first, then real screens on your brand. We design the data and the architecture before a line of code.

You getA clickable prototype you approve

  3. 03

    Develop

Built in short cycles on a staging site you can try every week. All code lives in version control and is reviewed before it goes in.

You getA working build every week

  4. 04

    Test

Hands-on and automated tests, access and data-protection checks, and speed and phone testing before anything goes live.

You getA test report and your sign-off

  5. 05

    Launch

A planned go-live: data moved over, your team trained, and monitoring switched on from the first day.

You getA live system and a trained team

  6. 06

    Run and improve

DevOps after launch: hosting, backups, updates, security patches and uptime monitoring, plus a monthly cycle of improvements.

You getA monthly report and a roadmap

Built in, not bolted on

Engineering standards on every project.

Every release goes through the same checks. This is what a launch looks like on our side.

Systems we have built

Real systems, running for real businesses.

Our clients' systems hold their customers' data, so we keep their names private. Each case file shows the problem, the system and how it works. We share names on the call, with the client's permission.

The problem
Sensitive deals cannot run on email and shared folders.
The system
Two invite-only portals, one for investors and one for businesses, with an agreement step before anything private is shown.

Is it a fit?

Built for businesses ready to grow on systems.

  • Your business runs on spreadsheets, group chats and memory, and it is starting to cost you.
  • Off-the-shelf tools no longer fit how you work.
  • You want one partner from the plan to the support, not a different freelancer for each piece.
  • You are ready to invest in a system built to last.
Questions

Before you start.

How much does a custom system cost?

Every system is scoped after a discovery session. You get a written plan with the scope and an estimate before any build starts.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. The plan gives you a timeline with each stage, and you see a working build every week.

Who owns the data?

Your data is yours. You get full admin shared access to the system, and you can export your data at any time. What happens to the code and the accounts if you ever leave is written into your agreement before any work starts.

Will it connect to the tools I already use?

Yes. Connecting the system to your CRM, Slack, email, payments and other tools is part of the plan.

What happens after launch?

The Run and improve stage: hosting, backups, updates, security patches, monitoring and a monthly improvement cycle.
