Referral program
Refer a brand to hbd. Earn 10% of what it pays.
You earn on any service, for as long as the brand stays an active client. Subscriptions earn on each payment. Payouts are monthly by bank transfer, tracked in our CRM.

Share your link, or the brand names you in the “Who referred you?” field on our forms.
Earn
When the brand pays an invoice, the CRM records your 10%.
What you earn
10% of what the brand actually pays.
After any discount and before tax. A $5,000 project earns you $500. A $1,000 monthly subscription earns you $100 each month it is paid.
An active client is a brand with at least one paid hbd service or subscription running. If the brand leaves and returns within 12 months, your 10% restarts. After 12 months it is a new client. Unpaid or refunded payments earn nothing.
Who qualifies
Open to anyone, with clear rules.
- Anyone can apply. hbd can decline an application.
- You are independent and handle your own taxes.
- A referral counts when the brand is new to hbd, comes through your link or names you, and you are the first one recorded.
- It does not count when the brand is already a lead or client, when it is your own brand, or when someone else referred it first.

When do I get paid?
Payouts are listed on the 1st of each month and paid on NET-30 terms. Commissions on October payments are paid on November 30.
Does the brand I refer get a reward?
No. The program is for referrers only.
How do I share my bank details?
Directly with hbd, never through a web form.
Do I need a tax form to join?
No. After your first commission, US referrers send a Form W-9 through one secure upload link. The first payout waits until it is in.
What do I say when I share my link?
Make it clear you earn a commission, in your own words, near the link. “#ad”, “Paid link” or “I get a commission if you sign up” all work. Only say what is true about hbd, and never promise results or prices on hbd’s behalf.
Can the program change?
hbd can change or end it with 30 days’ notice by email. Commissions already earned are still paid on the normal schedule while that brand is an active client.
